I ordered a 360 laser from your yesterday. it arrived this morning and i fitted it about 20 minutes ago. the 360 is running perfectly now. I just wanted to say thanks and its nice to find somewhere with a fast, friendly and reliable service. I would put cheap as well but if i carry on giving you compliments its just gonna get weird. I did not buy your product for the XBOX 3-red lights of death from eBay but direct from your website so was unable to give some positive feedback. Please add this to your testimonials on your website if possible:

I purchased the 3-Red Lights repair guide plus Whisper Fan. Ordered on a Thursday and received a small packet on the Friday. I spent approx 2hrs running EXACLTY thru your guide and dismantling my XBOX 360 and am pleased to say I now have a fully functioning XBOX 360! Complete with jazzy blue light from the Whisper Fan.

The instructions where brilliant and do not require ANY technical expertise. I say this because I am a UNIX systems engineer for over 10 years and can honestly say your Grandmother could do this. The only advise I would give is to treat your XBOX 360 with care and patience when dismantling and please do step 6 which CD247 recommends and very few other companies even mention! Please also spend a few extra pounds and buy the Whisper Fan it will save you more hassle in the long run.

I always believe its a good testimonial of any company who provide clear and concise instructions because tackling a job such as this can be daunting at first. Believe me if you do it yourself you will feel so much better for it as you will have a greater understanding of your hardware. Well done CD247 you are obviously a company with people who care and have an interest in what they do, its a shame other companies cannot boast the same.
