The Daily Repair - XBOX One Blu Ray Jammed with Crisps n Coins

This week on the daily repair, I want to show you an XBOX One console that came in for repair with a faulty disc drive.

As soon as I tested the console and established that the drive wouldn't accept a disc, I knew the disc drive was probably jammed for some reason. When I opened the console up, stripped the drive down, I wasn't surprised to see crisps, coins and other rubbish jamming the mechanics up.

You might think this is unusual, but you'd be amazed at how many consoles we see like this.

If you've got kids, you can't turn your back on them for a second with a games console around.. They use the disc drive like a toaster, or a piggy bank. I've found cockroaches, credit cards, lego pieces, money, food, and even the stench of dog piss.

Take a look at the video.
